Kay is a play and safety specialist with over two decades of successful experience in training and education. Her career has included nursing, early childhood teaching, occupational health and safety, management. She has worked with all levels of government, collaborated with organisations across the playground industry, has been a representative on many committees and working groups including Standards Australia. A strong believer in risk benefit, Kay regularly campaigns to promote the inclusion of challenging and nature based playspaces in Australia.
